Personal Data Deletion

You may request the deletion, destruction or anonymisation of your personal data at any time, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand.

1. How to submit a deletion request

2. What to include in your request

So that we can locate and verify your data, please provide:

  • your full name;
  • the telephone number or email address used in your enquiry;
  • the platform used to contact us;
  • your Facebook or Instagram profile name, where applicable;
  • the approximate date of your enquiry.

We may request reasonable additional information to verify your identity before processing the request.

3. What happens next

Once your identity is verified, we will delete, destroy or anonymise your personal data and confirm completion to you.

Some information may need to be retained where required by law, necessary for an active transaction, or required for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
