Personal data deletion

You may request deletion, destruction or anonymisation of your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable Thai data protection law.

Include your full name, the phone or email used for your enquiry, the contact platform, your Facebook or Instagram profile name if relevant and the approximate date. We may request reasonable additional information to verify your identity.

3. What happens next

After verifying your identity, we will delete, destroy or anonymise the relevant data and confirm completion. Some data may need to be retained for legal obligations, an active transaction or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
